Most exhibitors book a stand, dress it up and then hope that the right people stop by – which is retailing.  Successful exhibitors understand that exhibiting is the most powerful and dynamic marketing medium.

  • Setting multiple exhibition objectives – the foundation of successful exhibiting
  • Applying the SMART goal-setting formula to each selected exhibition objective: specific, measurable, actionable, realistic and time-related. This exercise will show how to choose the right show, the right size stand with the right budget.
  • Pre-show promotions which could improve your results by 300%, according to International research
  • How social media will increase qualified visitors to your stand, then help you convert more leads and enquiries to orders, after the show
  • How to select, train, equip and motivate the right stand staff. 80% of your exhibition success is due to your stand staff
  • Lead management and post-show promotions. Worldwide 80% of exhibition leads are never followed up. This topic alone could materially improve your exhibition results

  • Redefining the role of the exhibition organiser.
  • Problems experienced by sales staff and how to overcome exhibiting objections
  • New sales techniques for selling more stands
  • New profit centres for organisers which are win-win-wins

  • Retention strategies that work and sells more stands
